Position 1 – Sr. Customer Service Officer II

Required No: 2
Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field with three (3) years of relevant work experience

Knowledge of Shari’ah law and principles pertaining to Interest-Free Banking Operations is required
Grade: XI
Place of Work: Abobo and Gambella Branches

Position 2 – Customer Service Supervisor II IFB

Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics or related field with four (4) years of relevant work experience

Knowledge of Shari’ah law and principles pertaining to Interest-Free Banking Operations is required
Grade : XII
Place of Work : Worabe Branch

Position 3 – Branch Manager III-IFB

Qualification & Experience: Master’s/Bachelor’s in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related field with four(4)/six(6) years of relevant work experience; of which one year of experience should be as an Assistant Branch Manager or Customer Service Supervisor

Knowledge of Shari’ah law and principles pertaining to Interest-Free Banking Operations is required
Grade: XIV
Place of Work: Worabe Branch

Position 4 – Manager, Online and Agent Banking

Qualification & Experience: Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Accounting, and Marketing or related fields, with 6/8 years of experience of which 2 years should be as Principal or Senior Officer in related jobs.
