Position 1: Junior Customer Service Specialist

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Graduates of years 2020, 2021 & 2022 G.C. with BA in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Economics, or related fields with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00.

Experience: No prior experience is required.

Position 2: Customer Service Specialist

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

BA in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Banking & Insurance, Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or other related fields with 1 year of experience or a Diploma (Level 4) in the same fields with 3 years of experience in banking operation, customer service operation in the banking industry; of which at least 1 year as a Junior Customer Service Specialist or 2 years of microfinance experience.

Position 3: Senior Customer Service Specialist

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

BA in sales, marketing, Management, Accounting, and related fields with 2 years of experience or a Diploma in the same fields with 4 years of experience in banking operation and customer handling.

Position 4: Branch Accounts Administrator Grade B

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

BA in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance, and other related fields with 3.5 years of experience in banking operation, of which at least 1 year as a Senior Customer Service Officer or equivalent position.

Position 5: Branch Manager Grade C

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

MA/MBA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, and any other related fields with 6.5 years of experience or BA in the same fields with 8.5 years of experience in the banking industry, of which 2 years in customer services manager grade B /or 3 years as Branch accounts administrator position Grade A.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

BA in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Management, Political science and international relations, Civics and Ethical Education, Law, Public Administration, and any other related fields with 3.5 years of experience, preferably in the banking industry, of which at least 1 year as relevant Officer.
