HR Business Partnering Officer
Education: – BA Degree in HR Management, Management, or other related fields.
Experience: – Minimum of 6 years of banking experience, of which 3 years in the area of HRM.
- Job Objective:
To provide support and Advice to district managers to align people and organizational strategies to business strategies and objectives while applying appropriate levels of confidentiality. And to drive client understanding and adoption of HR program implementation.
- Specific Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides needed advisory support to District Managers, line management, and other employees on day-to-day HR issues.
- Supports the execution of various HR programs and activities.
- Keeps the business updated on HR initiatives; communicates policies & procedures and organizational culture to Managers and employees.
- Partners with line managers to establish credibility as a trusted advisor on people issues and to influence and support key operational decisions regarding people practices.
- Facilitates client talent implementation strategies and interfaces with HRD on workforce planning and HRM on acquisition activities.
- Collaborates with HRD to ensure a smooth and successful onboarding process for new employees.
- Support the assessment of the impact of changes on existing talent.
- Stays abreast of market forces to translate business strategy requirements to client talent needs.
- Facilitates career management and succession planning in alignment with the bank’s policies.
- Provides support in identifying critical people-related metrics to access and measure impact and results and collaborate with HRM in design.
- Facilitates organizational change management and supports leaders in aligning communication, behavior, and infrastructure to support the expected changes.
- Gathers data to mitigate risk when ensuring appropriate escalation and investigation of performance, and other employee relation issues.
- Guides clients and facilitate completion of the entire performance evaluation process.
- Liaise between District Management and HRD and HRM to ensure that HR services are aligned with client needs.
- Supports district managers with proactive measures in recognizing undesirable talent variances before they affect execution.
- Leverages employee comments and concerns to create awareness and address challenges and collaborate with HRD to conduct appropriate assessments.
- Supports bringing strong leadership and coaching culture to infuse the corporate units.
- Continuously gauge HR implications of internal client strategic options and proactively communicate options with the Manager, HRBP, and/or senior HRBP.
- Shares feedback and observations with the Manager, HRBP, and/or senior HRBP to modify or create standard HR reports and metrics.
- Collaborates with HRD and HRM departments to facilitate HR support for corporate locations.
- Represents BoA’s values and design change implementation practices to enhance organizational culture.
- Makes follow-up whether the client groups are provided with timely information and training about upcoming HR initiatives.
- Supports the team’s objectives, goals, and performance accomplishment.
