Rica Trip is a Ride-hailing platform provided by Rica Technology PLC, Rica Trip is Ethiopia’s largest mobility platform and one of the largest ride-hailing companies in Addis Ababa. The Rica app offers mobility solutions by connecting customers to drivers and a wide range of vehicles across bikes, auto-rickshaws, metered taxis, and cabs, enabling convenience and transparency for hundreds of thousands of consumers and over 30 thousands driver-partners. Rica was founded in Dec 2021 by three young innovative and energetics founders with a mission make people’s life easy across the Africa. 

The company would like to invite candidates on the following positions.

Job Title: Call Center Agent

Job Type: Permanent

Description: We are looking for a competent call center agent who can manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls on time. Identifying customers’ needs clarify information, research every issue, and providing solutions 

Qualification 

• Minimum of 6 month experience as a call center in transport Service Company (mandatory) 
• Excellent customer handling and convincing skills.
• Excellent English listening, writing, speaking and reading skills.
• Can work under pressure.
• Problem solving skills.

Required Skill:- 

• Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls on time
• Dispatch or schedule drivers, vehicles, or services to appropriate locations according to customer requests
• Proficiency with computers
• Understanding of company products, services, and policies.
