1. Job Title: Engineer and Collateral Valuator (Civil Eng.)(#1)

Job Summary

The Engineer and Collateral Valuator is responsible to collects and check authenticity of all collateral property documents. He/she observes, measures, takes pictures (both photograph and video as appropriate) and other data of collateral properties; interprets the data, estimates value of collateral, and produces collateral estimation result reports;

Required Education & Experience
  • BSc. degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology or any relevant field of stud with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in designing, estimation and valuation.
Place of Work: Bahir Dar

3. Job Title: Senior Interest Free Banking (IFB) Operations Officer

Job Summary


The Officer is responsible to coordinate and support branches and IFB activities in the District Office. He/she ensures if procedures are adhered regularly and risks are properly managed; motivates and coaches employees responsible for the delivery of high quality service; ensures timely clearance of suspense accounts; monitors the IFB portfolio management and the transaction level risks;

Required Education & Experience
  • BA degree in Economic, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Finance and Accounting or business related field of study with 4 years of experience in banking operations out of which 3 years in Interest Free Banking area.

4. Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor, Branch-C (#3)


Job Summary

The Supervisor is responsible to countersign on tickets/vouchers and authorizes transactions. Follows-up all cheque clearance activities, and accounts of suspense nature, reconciliation of accounts with branch accounts periodically, long outstanding items of inter-branch transactions and other suspense accounts. He/she authorizes inter-branch transactions and follows-up timely settlements and reconciliations. He/she effects monthly payments of income tax, withholding tax, interest tax, stamp duty charge and other tax related payments timely, attends customers’ queries and complaints, assists the branch manager in all aspects of the branches’ operation;

Required Education & Experience
  • BA degree in Economics or Accounting or Management or Business. Administration or Finance and Accounting or other business related field of study with a minimum of three years of experience in banking operations.
