1.  Retail Experience Executive 

Qualifications 
  • Business related degree from a recognized university. 
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a frontline customer-facing service environment. 
  • Understanding of English and local language both written and spoken 
  • Literacy in basic computer applications such as MS word, excel, Outlook etc. 
  • Ability to cope with pressure from customers while delivering quality service.
  • Ability to accurately perform cash transactions. 
  • Knowledge of Telecommunication products and services.

We are pleased to announce the following vacancy for Principal Officer – Inventory Management in Supply Chain Management within the Finance Function in Ethiopia. In keeping with our current business needs, we are looking for a person who meets the criteria indicated below.

Detailed Description


Reporting to Executive Head of Department – Inventory, Planning & Distribution, the role holder will be responsible for managing the company’s investment in stock (Network Equipment or Saleable Items) to meet company requirements by ensuring maintenance of stock master data, analyzing stock movement and promoting actions to ensure adherence to stock policies, ensuring accuracy of stock data in ERP systems, implementing efficient warehouse procedures and driving safe working practices.

Job Responsibilities
Physical Inventory Management
  • Define, implement and maintain procedures for Receipting, Put-Away, Issuing and Data Capture for stocks
  • Implement good stock management practices in the warehouse including enforcing health & safety systems and processes
  • Ensuring that regional spares depots have optimum spare levels.
Inventory Master Data
  • Maintaining accurate and complete inventory master data (inventory items) on ERP systems for stock as well as non-stock items.
Stock Data Management
  • Maintain accurate stock data in ERP systems by
  • ensuring prompt capture of stock movements
  • on-going cycle counts and reconciliations
  • regular stock takes and reconciliations, review and resolution of stock data variances.
Managing Supersessions and Obsolescence
  • Reduce the company’s exposure to obsolescence risk by highlighting risks of obsolescence and creating stock optimization actions
Partner Management
  • Carry out supplier performance reviews on service providers, develop improvement actions and report accordingly.
User Support
  • Train and Support Users on Inventory Management systems
Stock Management Procedures
  • Create and continuously update stock management procedures that ensure accuracy, customer service effectiveness and risk management
Reporting
  • Produce accurate and timely reports in accordance with the Supply Chain metrics framework.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
  • Degree in Technology, Engineering, Business or similar qualification
  • At least a Graduate Diploma Qualification in Supply Chain Management
  • At least 5-7 years’ experience in supply chain management with responsibility for inventory management process in an environment leveraging ERP and other digital capabilities for inventory-related functions and processes.

Detailed Description

Reporting to Executive Head Sales (Direct), the role holder will be responsible for defining, implementing, managing sales processes, projects & programs required to enable an efficient and effective sales organization, aimed at large enterprise and public sector. Exceed all sales budgets, customer retention and product sales. Ensure people are motivated and highly skilled –‘Our people as differentiator’. Accountable for all KPI department reporting and responsible for all communication within the department.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement policies & procedures for sales operations that will increase efficiency and optimization of the sales & retention team.
  • Build and maintain a realistic pipeline that is minimum 3x cover
  • Define new processes/modify existing ones to suit business needs
  • Track and ensure all Enterprise Sales & Retention processes are ISO compliant.
  • Manage achievement of the departments’ objectives, ensure the departments objectives are agreed upon and documented in line with the Strategic plan, sales and retention strategy and targets.
  • Project management, continuously monitor and evaluate each stage of projects in line with pre-defined standards and deliverables.
  • Implement project control measures to ensure pre-defined quality standards are achieved.
  • Responsible for Sales Reporting and Performance management generate weekly management report, sales initiatives and weekly pipelines.
  • Monthly and Quarterly performance monitoring and feedback to ensure timely remedial measures are taken in line with the HR set guidelines.
  • Coordinate, monitor, report and responsible for the implementation of sales and retention initiatives and programs, Trade Marketing activities.
  • Responsible for internal communication policy.
  • Drive improvement in service process to remove roadblocks and bottlenecks
Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Business related field.
  • Post graduate certification in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.
  • Team player, strong influence and relationship management
  • Ability to engage and influence at all levels of management, internally and externally.
  • Has worked in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and must have good problem solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-developed presentation skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (articulate) coupled with good listening and critical reasoning skills.
