1. Director, Human Capital Management Department
i. Basic Functions of the Director- Under the leadership of Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Director designs comprehensive human capital management policies and procedures in-light Gadaa Bank business philosophy and pertinent laws, leads and manages strategic human capital acquisition, leads and manages talent acquisition processes, on-boards new hires, plays strategic roles in employment branding, leads business need training and development, leads and manages performance management system, involves in the optimal human capital planning processes, leads succession planning and management and take proactive strategic initiatives to cope up with the dynamics of business requirements.
- BA/BSc in Management, or Human Resource Management from a legally recognized and reputable university with 10 years experience in the banking sector; 4 years of which is a managerial position OR MSc/MA in Management or Human Resource Management from a legally recognized and reputable university with 8 years experience in the banking sector; 3 years of which in a managerial position.
- Knowledge and understanding of business, HR processes, and organizational processes;
- The ability for strategic thinking/ability for critical and analytical thinking
- The flexibility of thinking, capacity to develop, and willingness to try new things,
- Ability to communicate effectively;

2. Executive Secretary
i. Summary of the Job
- Under the supervision of CEO, the Executive Secretary is expected to contribute to the efficiency of the overall business by ensuring all assigned administrative duties are carried on timely and efficiently. Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the CEO's ability to effectively lead the organization, including assisting with special projects, designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations, collecting and preparing information for meetings with staff and outside parties; composing and preparing correspondence; maintaining contact lists; making travel arrangements; and completing expenses and other pertinent tasks.
- BA in Secretarial Science and Office Management or Business administration or relative field and 6 years' experience
- ✓ Proven experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role Proficient in Microsoft Office and "back-office" software
- ✓ In depth knowledge of office management and basic a technical vocabulary of banking industry
- ✓ Excellent organizational and time-management skills Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
