1. Branch Manager I

Education: First Degree in Accounting /Banking /Management or related field
Experience: 6 years of banking experience at the branch level; four of which in supervisory positions

Competency:
  • Thorough knowledge of accounting, business law and financial management
  • Thorough knowledge of financial policies and regulations of the Bank
  • Ability to coordinate and direct subordinates;
  • Communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Basic computer application skills

2. SENIOR RESOURCE MOBILIZATION OFFICER

Education; First Degree in Management/Marketing/ Economics/ or related fields
Experience: 5 years of relevant banking experience

Competency:
  • Very good knowledge of banking operation;
  • Very good knowledge of monitoring and evaluation methods;
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationship;
  • Basic computer application skills
Place of Work: Head Office (Re-Advertised)

3. RESOURCE MOBILIZATION OFFICER

Education: First Degree in Management/Marketing/ Economics/ or related fields
Experience: 3/4 years of relevant banking experience

Competency:
  • Very good knowledge of banking operation;

Experience: : 3 years of relevant banking experience; 2 of which in auditing positions

  • Good knowledge of policies, procedures and regulations of the bank
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge computer application skills

  • Good knowledge of cash management policies and procedures of the Bank
  • Basic computer application skills

9. OFFICE FACILITY TECHNICIAN

Education: Diploma in General Mechanics or related fields with COC certified
Experience: 2 years of relevant experience
Competency:
  • Basic knowledge of maintenance of office machines and furniture
  • Ability to properly comprehend technical maintenance manuals
  • Demonstrated skills in maintaining office facilities
